AFO 444 – Rebuild borrower name index
This option is used to rebuild the alphabetical name index for the borrowers. There are two main reasons why you would do this.
· After importing borrower data.
· If the alphabetical index has been corrupted for some reason.
After selecting the Process management: start job window will be displayed. See the general system help for more information on scheduling processes.
While the index is being rebuilt, you will not be able to search and retrieve borrower names correctly.
